All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours from our central warehouse in the Paris region (France). Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We always send your shipment including a track & trace. You will receive this track&trace code via the e-mail address you provided with your order.
On working days we normally ship your orders within 24 hours. Your products will be sent from our warehouse in France. This means that in most cases you will receive your order within 2 to 4 working days. Orders from friday - sunday will be sent on monday.
